A lot has happened since the last WAG, including the stay at home order for all undergrads. I hope you are all staying safe and use this break from lessons to come to some of our virtual events! Exciting week for the UMBDT’s zoom presence, including:
- Ballroom Halloween Celebration via zoom is on Friday, October 30th at 9pm. Have your costumes, your spooky newcomer videos, and your drink of choice ready to tune in for lots of spooky fun. Zoom link here!
- Virtual Newcomer Lesson is on Saturday, October 31st from 5-6pm – join to learn some fun new moves! Zoom link here!
- Teachers, please look out for an email from Alex about tips and tricks for teaching as well!
- There will be no guided practice this week, but don’t fear – there will still be avenues for you to ask questions!! If there are any moves or technique *stuff* that you have questions on, please fill out this form. We can set you up with an upper level team member to help you out and coordinate between your schedules to set up a zoom meeting.
Start planning your costume for Friday night!
Dig through old comp videos and send us your scariest newcomer dancing!
Remember to go outside at some point today!
