Lunch
This year we are partnering with Busch's Fresh Food Market to provide lunches to competitors. We know how crunched for time competitors are during the competition, and since there aren't too many lunch options nearby, we decided to help you out. For only $10 per person, you get a croissant sandwich (chicken, turkey, or vegetarian), side salad, fuji apple, chocolate chip cookie, and bottle of water. The deadline for placing a lunch order is Friday, March 15.

Costuming
As the Michigan Ballroom Dance Competition is an NDCA affiliated competition, stones may only be worn on costumes in Gold Syllabus and all Open Syllabus levels. As per the NDCA Rulebook General Rules Section 5.A.3, "Competitors must adhere to the dress requirements specified by the Organizer, provided such requirements have been specified in his printed advertisements and/or entry blanks."

TBA
If you plan on dancing TBA, please enter your information on our TBA Partner Search document. It is up to you to contact other TBA dancers and self-organize. We will not pair you with a partner, nor do we guarantee that you will find a partner by putting your name on the TBA Partner Search document. Please do not register with a partner named "TBA TBA" - wait to register until you have found a partner.

Regardless of style (Smooth, Standard, Rhythm, or Latin), TBAs may only dance one (1) level below their highest level of competition. For example, a competitor dancing Novice Standard as their highest level of competition may not dance in the Bronze Latin; rather, they can only dance TBA in Gold.

Dancing with more than one partner?
Click the “Register with Another Partner” on the Registration page.
PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of the number of partners with whom you dance, you only have to pay your registration fee once. Do not duplicate lunch orders unless you want multiple lunches for a given competitor.

Need housing?
