Until the next comp, here&#8217;s what we&#8217;ve got going on this week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Things for new members:<\/strong>\u00a0We&#8217;re glad you&#8217;ve decided to come learn how to dance with us! Check out the lessons on Sat\/Mon as well as the guided practices on Thursday, if you haven&#8217;t been going already.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Things for everyone:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.michiganballroomteam.com\/home\/apparel\/\">Apparel is now open for orders!!<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>Place your order by\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1460987212\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Sunday,\u00a0Feb 11th<\/span><\/span>. Track jackets may be phased out so yours might not have the white piping (I&#8217;ll contact you if that&#8217;s true). Get a white tank or t-shirt if you want to tie-dye it later. Tanks and sweatpants are unisex sizes so ladies may want to size down. The Faces of #Neil Calendar is a Fundraising Committee effort so buy one to support the team (Michcomp, driving subsidies, etc.). Contact Anna with any questions :)<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Ballroom Buddies<\/strong>\u00a0is happening again this semester, so sign up to get matched with a new friend! Everyone will be paired up with someone on the team based on their interests and experience on the team (so newcomers will be paired with upper-level members). Everyone who&#8217;s paid dues for the team gets a complimentary membership to the club, which is a great way to learn new things and practice in a relaxed and social setting.<\/p>\n<p>The Valentines Day party is $8 because there will be some light refreshments, but you get a free plus-one! So bring someone you fancy, or just your dance partner.
