To the winners of 13 consecutive Ohio Star Ball competitions… CONGRATULATIONS!!!
I am so beyond proud of you for all of your incredible work this weekend and hope you all had a fantastic time dancing your hearts out and bonding with your fellow teammates. Thank you to each of you for supporting each other both on and off the dance floor – the energy was palpable thanks to all of your cheering and I am so proud to be a part of a community that excels in competitive ballroom and camaraderie. A special shout out to the executive board and the away comp committee for all of their hard work, without whom, creating a positive OSB experience for 116 UMBDT members would not be possible – you are so appreciated!!
This week at a glance is pretty brief, as I am sure many of you may be ballroomed out and ready for break… but there are still just a few announcements as we look to the rest of this week:
Gas Receipts: If you drove to the competition this weekend, please submit your receipts to Miss Money Bags (aka our treasurer, Emily Klippel) within the week!
OSBingo Submissions: Hopefully you and your car took lots of pictures for the OSBingo competition! Please submit all entries to our Public Relations Chair, Neil, by emailing him at neilps@umich.edu by next Sunday at midnight.
