Hey team,
Please take a few minutes to read this thoroughly, as there is a lot of important info for this week (especially this weekend!)
EOS: Our End of Semester party (EOS) is this Saturday 6-9:30pm in the Northwood 5 Community Center! Facebook event here, see reminders below:
- Senior Send-off: If this will be your last semester on our team, please fill out this form so that we can recognize you!
- $$$: In order to attend EOS, you must be in good financial standing with the team! Plan on paying off your entire balance or working out a payment plan with Emily ahead of time in order to attend.
- Potluck Sign-up: Along with having paid any debts off to the team, you also need to bring a dish to pass as part of your ticket to EOS! Assignments are decided by team, so please sign up for what you will bring on the sheet here.
- Dress to the Nines: The dress code for EOS is semi-formal, so men bust out that suit and tie and ladies bring out your best dress to celebrate the evening in :)
Election Platforms: Your candidates’ platforms for the 2017-2018 UMBDT Executive Board can be found here. Please take the time to read through each of the platforms thoroughly before EOS on Saturday to be an informed voter!
Absentee Voting: If you are unable to make EOS on Saturday but would still like to participate in elections, please request an absentee ballot by midnight on Wednesday by emailing the Executive Board at ballroom-exec@umich.edu
Winter Semester Feedback: DUE TOMORROW!! Please fill out the form here to have your feedback taken into consideration by both this year and next year’s executive board for future planning. All members strongly encouraged to take it!
Favorite Team Moments: Please share your favorite memories of the year with our team either in the feedback form, or with me directly (hirtlind@umich.edu) and it may be highlighted during our celebration. Pictures are welcome too!
Dance Mix: Celebrate the last day of classes by watching A team perform in Dance Mix, THIS TUESDAY April 18th! You + ticket + favorite team members + cheering on favorite team members = winning. Be there, 7pm at the Power Center.
