Hey everyone!
We’ve just got a few things left before we finish off the semester y’all. Please fill out all our forms so we can plan accordingly. Check out the election materials; there might be a position for you! Here’s your WAG.
- Elections – The most important part of the end of the semester is electing our board for next year. Please first read this document for instructions on how to run, then this list of positions and their descriptions.
- Also please note that, especially if you are a tryout team member, it is traditional to consult with Steve and Susan before running for a particular position. This can be as simple as notifying them of your intention to run, but they’ve also seen our board run for decades and may have advice as to which positions would suit you best.
- End of Semester (EOS) Gathering – Our end of semester gathering, including elections for next year’s board, will be held on the night of Saturday 4/18. Keep an eye out for election materials and start thinking about what you’ll run for!
- Please fill out this EOS potluck sheet – tryout team members traditionally bring a main, newcomers drinks and desserts. Also, please do NOT bring alcoholic beverages to a university building as this can impact our ability to host in these spaces in the future! EOS W26 potluck
