Weekend Schedule
Thursday, November 19th
- Pack your things! Don’t forget your MCard / Student ID.
Friday, November 20th
- Drive to Columbus!
- Upon arrival: Check into your hotel room, if you are highlighted on Rooms and Rides, here. Request a parking pass if you are marked to do so.
- Pick up your packet before 10PM – MCard and USA Dance Number required. Your friday night pro-show ticket will be in your packet.
- 7:30PM – midnight: Pro-Show (optional). Dress fancy, or they won’t let you in.
Saturday, November 21st
7:30AM: Smooth rounds! Lineup starts 7:45AM, first round starts at 8:00AM- 7:00AM: Smooth rounds! Lineup starts 7:15AM, first round starts at 7:30AM
- Eat Lunch!
- ~12:00PM (noon): Latin rounds! Starting time is variable, pay attention to the schedule.
- Pick up your pro-show ticket before 7pm from your assigned person according to this doc.
- ~6:00PM: Clean up team area :)
- 8:00PM Dinner @ Bucca Di Beppo: 343 N Front St, Columbus, OH 43215. Reservation Sheet.
- 9:30PM: Pro-Show Latin Final
- 9:50PM: Pro-Show Smooth Final
Sunday, November 22nd
- Check out before you go dance! Everyone in the room must check out by 11:00AM!
- 7:30AM: Standard Rounds! Lineup starts 7:45AM, first round starts at 8:00AM
- ~11:00AM: Team Match! Be here to cheer!
- Eat lunch!
- ~12:00PM (noon): Rhythm rounds! Starting time is variable, pay attention to the schedule
- ~6:00PM: Team Photo! Stay in costume for this! Don’t be that one scrub in sweatpants.
- ~6:30PM: Clean up team area :)
- Drive home! Team dinners at:
