Payment Instructions:

• Our preferred payment method is Venmo @UMBDT
• If you are paying for yourself: Your Venmo message should be formatted as: “First/Last Name, Email, School Affiliation (if applicable)”
• If your team is paying together: Please submit a single Venmo payment with the message: “Team Name, Team Email, School Affiliation” and send an email to ballroom-exec@umich.edu with a list of your members’ first/last names and emails.
• Make sure your name(s) and email(s) are spelled correctly and match those used in your registration.
• If you or your team ABSOLUTELY CANNOT pay via Venmo, please email us at ballroom-exec@umich.edu to make alternative arrangements.
• UNLESS YOU’VE MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS, YOU MUST PAY BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE COMPETITION. NO PAYING AT THE DOOR!

• To register with your TBA partner(s), follow the normal registration procedure described above. Our competition treats TBA partnerships the same as normal partnerships.
